Analisis Tata Kelola, Manajemen Mutu Terpadu dan Tanggungjawab Sosial terhadap Daya Saing dan Kinerja Operasional Perusahaan Manufaktur

Abstrak
Hasil penelitian menemukan tanggungjawab sosial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap daya saing. Hal ini dikarenakan tanggungjawab cenderung bersifat spirit moral perusahaan yang tidak terlalu berkaitan dengan daya saing yang ingin dicapai perusahaan, sehingga tanggungjawab sosial berupa dimensi lingkungan, sosial kemasyarakatan, ekonomi, stakeholder dan sukarela dampaknya tidak signifikan terhadap daya saing perusahaan. Tanggungjawab sosial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan melalui daya saing terhadap kinerja operasional. Tanggungjawab tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan karena tanggungjawab sosial tidak bersentuhan langsung dengan kegiatan operasional perusahaan, namun tanggungjawab sosial berkaitan spirit sosial dari pekerja dan lingkungan sosial di sekitar perusahaan.

Tanggungjawab sosial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan melalui daya saing terhadap kinerja operasional. Hal ini disebabkan aktualisasi tanggungjawab sosial tidak berkaitan langsung dengan daya saing dan peningkatan kineraj perusahaan. Tanggungjawab cenderung berorientasi pada aspek psikologi pekerja dan kondisi lingkungan kerja, sedangkan daya saing dan kinerja operasional berorientasi pada pencapaian hasil kerja perusahaan.
