Abstrak
Industri kreatif memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, namun para pengusaha ekonomi kreatif masih menghadapi banyak masalah dalam pengembangan usaha dan keberlangsungan usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis untuk membantu perusahaan tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebagai pemilik industri kreatif di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling, diperoleh sebanyak 126 pemilik industri kreatif. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis industri kreatif di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian, perusahaan dengan sumber daya yang unggul dapat memenangkan persaingan dan mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis. Jika dibandingkan dengan organisasi pesaing, manfaat sumber daya dan kemampuan bersaing akan menciptakan keunggulan bersaing. Oleh karena itu, pemangku kepentingan seperti pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat berperan lebih besar dalam mengakselerasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan industri kreatif.

Abstract
Although the creative economy plays a significant role in economic growth, entrepreneurs in this sector still confront numerous challenges in starting and maintaining their enterprises. The study's goal is to assist businesses stay competitive by examining the relationship between intellectual capital, entrepreneurship orientation, and market orientation on business success. The population of the study, which employs a quantitative methodology, is the owner of the creative industry in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. As many as 126 owners of businesses in the creative industries were acquired using the convenience sample technique. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square was used to examine the data (SEM-PLS).
The results of this study demonstrate a positive relationship between intellectual capital, entrepreneurship orientation, and market orientation and the financial performance of the creative industry.
