Analisis Mengenai Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Organizational Performance pada Rumah Sakit di Kota Batam dengan Employee Engagement sebagai Mediasi

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan pada rumah sakit di kota Batam dengan rujukan Covid-19. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk menganalisa lingkungan kerja pada rumah sakit di kota Batam pada saat Covid-19. Faktor yang akan dilakukan untuk pembahasan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel seleksi dan rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penghargaan dan pengakuan dan lingkungan kerja dengan variabel keterlibatan karyawan sebagai mediasi. Objek penelitian ditujukan pada rumah sakit di kota Batam dengan rujukan Covid-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada rumah sakit di kota Batam dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 290 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan akan diolah dengan melalui aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan, penghargaan dan pengakuan, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Seleksi dan rekrutmen dan pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hubungan variabel penghargaan dan pengakuan dan lingkungan kerja melalui keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hubungan variabel seleksi dan rekrutmen dan pelatihan dan pengembangan melalui keterlibatan karyawan tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that affect the organization performance at hospitals in Batam city with Covid-19 referrals. This research was also conducted to analyze the work environment at hospitals in Batam city during Covid-19. The factors that will be discussed in this research are variables of selection and recruitment, reward and recognition, training and development and work environment with employee engagement as a mediation variable. The object of research is aimed at hospitals in Batam city with Covid-19 referrals. The population in this study were employees at a hospitals in Batam city with a sample of 290 respondents. The data collected will be processed through Smart PLS application. The results of the study indicate that employee engagement, reward and recognition, and work environment had a significant positive on organization performance. Selection and recruitment and training and development had no significant effect on organization performance. The relationship between reward and recognition and work environment through employee engagement had a significant positive on organization performance. The relationship between selection and recruitment and training and development through employee engagement had no significant on organization performance.
