PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and corporate culture on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 150 people at the Bank Office operating in the city of Makassar with a full sample method. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the results of this study indicate that the F test variables consisting of leadership style, motivation, and corporate culture simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Results (t-test) for the variables of Leadership and motivation partially showed a significant positive effect on employee performance and company organization negatively affected employee performance. The results of the determinant coefficient (R2) means that leadership style, motivation and corporate culture as independent variables can explain the performance of an employee as the dependent variable and have a very strong and positive relationship, while the rest is explained by other factors not included in this study.
