Analisis Determinan Kinerja Organisasi dalam Perspektif Manajemen Organisasi di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara Total Quality Management (TQM), inovasi digital, dan kapabilitas jejaring terhadap kinerja organisasi di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data empiris diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh 67 karyawan sebagai sampel dari 80 populasi yang ada. Model persamaan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis struktur pengaruh antara variabel independen pada konstruk dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Management (TQM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi sedangkan inovasi digital dan kapabilitas jaringan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
