Abstract


Kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan kepemimpinan yang dianggap mampu mengatasi perubahan yang serba cepat. Beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual perlu diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mensintesis penelitian yang telah dilakukan terkait pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap organisasi dan individu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggali konsep kepemimpinan spiritual yang dikembangkan oleh Fry (2003) dan dampaknya terhadap organisasi dan individu. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual yang diterapkan berdampak tidak hanya di level individu tapi juga level organisasi, sehingga kepemimpinan spiritual perlu diterapkan organisasi mampu meraih keunggulan kompetitif
