Analisis Talent Mapping Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Industri Teknologi Informasi

Abstract


Talent mapping berkontribusi bagi organisasi untuk memetakan kemampuan dari seorang karyawan dan training apa yang harus diberikan kepada karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui talent mapping yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent mapping mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena mengidentifikasi potensi, memahami kelemahan dan kekuatan/kelebihan individu, dan memberikan panduan untuk pengembangan karir. Talent mapping diperlukan bagi perusahaan untuk memetakan potensi karyawan dan mengembangkan karyawan tersebut sesuai dengan kemampuan yang harus dimilikinya untuk mendukung produktivitas yang diinginkan perusahaan. Talent mapping bukan hanya sebagai alat evaluasi, tetapi juga merupakan strategi untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi, mendukung pertumbuhan, dan mengoptimalkan potensi karyawan.
