Pengaruh Task-Oriented Leadership Style, Psychological Capital, dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh task-oriented leadership style, psychological capital, dan employee empowerment terhadap organizational commitment dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 200 pegawai Perusahaan BUMN Karya Di Jakarta. Unit Analisis adalah pegawai yang bekerja di perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria penelitian yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh task-oriented leadership style, psychological capital, dan employee empowerment terhadap organizational commitment dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Implikasi manajerial menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perlu meningkatkan psychological capital dari karyawan BUMN Karya Indonesia yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tugas kepada karyawan sesuai dengan kompetensinya, melibatkan karyawan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, melibatkan karyawan dalam setiap kegiatan kantor, dan memberikan apresiasi terhadap hasil kerja karyawan.
