Abstract


Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengamati bagaimana pelatihan karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di tempat kerja serta apakah budaya organisasi mempengaruhi hubungan ini atau tidak. Sampel terdiri dari 166 pekerja dari CV. Arkhy Jaya. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan SmartPLS (PLS4). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan karyawan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kemampuan karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan mereka. Analisis moderasi mengungkapkan bahwa untuk orang dengan perspektif pelatihan yang lebih tinggi, terdapat korelasi yang lebih kuat antara pelatihan karyawan dan kinerja kerja afektif di antara pekerja. Kesimpulannya, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa memberikan pelatihan lanjutan kepada orang-orang akan memotivasi mereka dan organisasi akan menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja kerja karyawan.
