Abstrakt

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh   dukungan tugas (task support) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) guru. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Sebanyak   91 guru SMP Negeri yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan random sampling (acak sederhana). Hasil yang didapat membuktikan bahwa: dukungan tugas (task support)   berpengaruh  positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
