Pengaruh Organizational Resilience, Work Life Balance, Intrinsic Reward Terhadap Job Satisfaction Pada Karyawan De JAVA Hotel Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational resiliance, Work life balance, dan Intrinsic reward terhadap Job satisfaction di Indonesia. Metode Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan De JAVA hotel Bandung. Variabel dependen yaitu Job satiafaction, sedangkan variabel independent yaitu Organizational resiliance, Work life balance dan Intrinsic reward. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode multiple linear regression analysis. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Organizational resiliance, Work life balance dan Intrinsic reward berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan dalam bekerja dan memberikan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia sesuai bidangnya sehingga karyawan dapat lebih memahami pekerjaannya yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan motivasi bekerja.
