Analisis Double Job terhadap Jenjang Karir Karyawan pada PT Bumi Gresik Sukses

Abstrak

Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Tentang Dampak Positif dan Negatif Terhadap Jenjang Karir Karyawan di PT Bumi Gresik Sukses. Double Job Sudah Menjadi Budaya di Perusahaan Tersebut yang Mengakibatkan Terjadinya Penumpukan Tugas akan Tetapi Dampak Positif yang Didapatkan Adalah Meningkatnya Wawasan dan Penigkatan Jabatan. Terdapat Beberapa Cara yang Dilakukan Perusahaan untuk Mengatasi Double Job Adalah Memberikan Tiket Liburan dan Pemberian Reward.  Metode Penelitian ini Menggunakan Kualitatif yang Bersifat Deskriptif dan Menggunakan Teknik Pengumpulan Data Berupa Wawancara Secara Umum. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukan Bahwa Double Job di PT Bumi Gresik Sukses Mempengaruhi Peningkatan Jenjang Karir Karyawan.

Abstract

This Study Aims To Find Out About The Positive And Negative Impacts On The Career Path of Employees at PT Bumi Gresik Sukses. Double Job Has Become A Culture In The Company Which Results In A Buildup of Tasks But The Positive Impact That Is Obtained Is Increased Insight And Promotion of Positions. There Are Several Ways That Companies Do To Overcome Double Jobs, Namely Giving Holiday Tickets And Giving Rewards. This Research Method Uses Qualitative Descriptive And Uses Data Collection Techniques In The Form of General Interviews. The Results of This Study Indicate That The Double Job at PT Bumi Gresik Sukses Affects The Increase In Employee Career Paths.
