Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Kota Makassar. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variable mana yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data penelitian kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Dengan data yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Kuisioner dan Wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Variabel pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Kota Makassar adalah variabel kompensasi.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of education, training, and compensation on increasing employee work productivity at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Makassar City. To determine which variable is more dominant in influencing the increase in employee work productivity at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Makassar City. The sample of this research is 55 people. The type of data in this research is quantitative research data and qualitative data, with data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study are that the variables of education, training, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employees' work productivity at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Makassar City. Based on the results of regression testing, the compensation variable is the most dominant variable that has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Daya Makassar City.
