Talent Management in the Digital Age: Optimizing Employee Potential through Technology

Talent management telah menjadi fokus utama bagi perusahaan di era digital ini. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, perusahaan-perusahaan berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pegawai mereka melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam talent management perlu menjadi perhatian agar mampu memahami secara mendalam bagaimana mengembangkan kemampuan SDM yang tepat untuk menjawab semua hal yang membantu pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana talent management telah bertransformasi dalam konteks era digital, dengan mempertimbangkan peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) konsep talent management, 2) perubahan paradigma yang terjadi dalam era digital, 3) dampak teknologi terhadap cara perusahaan mengelola dan mengembangkan bakat karyawan. Beberapa teknologi yang dibahas meliputi sistem manajemen talenta, analitika data untuk pengambilan keputusan, platform e-learning, dan alat kolaborasi digital. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil analisis menunjukkan, melalui penerapan teknologi yang tepat, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi bakat potensial, mengelola performa karyawan secara efektif, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan serta kepuasan kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti privasi data, keamanan informasi, dan adaptasi organisasi perlu diatasi dengan strategi yang matang. Kesimpulannya, integrasi teknologi dalam talent management dapat membantu perusahaan mengoptimalkan potensi pegawai mereka di era digital ini.
