Analisis Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi Kasus : Ternak Ikan Lele Desa Hilinakhe)

Pemasaran adalah proses melakukan sebuah kegiatan penjualan untuk dipasarkan kepada masyarakat luas agar hasil penjualan tersebut mendapatkan keuntungan. Pemasaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk serta memperkenalkan produk yang dihasilkan kepada konsumen. UMKM merupakan usaha yang bergerak didesa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Usaha ini memiliki satu tempat yang utamanya dalam menghasilkan ikan lele. Produk utama yang dihasilkan adalah ikan lele. Hingga saat ini UMKM ternak lele Desa Hilinakhe masih tetap berjalan. Adanya UMKM ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pemenuhan ekonomi tambahan keluarga. Hasil ternak lele ini juga dapat dipasarkan sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan keuntungan serta biaya tambahan untuk keluarganya.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui pengembangan UMKM dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat desa Hilinakhe. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka peneliti dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Hilinakhe cukup membantu masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat sehari-hari. Dengan adanya UMKM ternak lele, masyarakat dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara memasarkan hasil ternak ikan lele yang telah mereka kembangkan. Selain itu, ikan lele bergizi menjadikan daya tarik bagi masyarakat lain untuk dikonsumsi. Pangan ikan lele yang mudah didapat tidak membuat masyarakat kesusahan dalam mencari makanannya. Ternak ikan lele yang tidak merusak lingkungan menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dari potensi polusi udara.

Abstract

Marketing is the process of carrying out sales activities to be marketed to the wider community so that the sales results make a profit. Marketing aims to increase product sales and introduce the products produced to consumers. MSMEs are businesses operating in villages that aim to improve the welfare of the community. This business has one place that mainly produces catfish. The main product produced is catfish. Until now, the catfish farming MSME in Hilinakhe Village is still running. The existence of these MSMEs can help the community in providing additional income for the family. The catfish products can also be marketed so that people get profits and additional costs for their families.  The aim of this research is to determine the development of MSMEs in improving the welfare of the Hilinakhe village community. Based on the research results, researchers can conclude that the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare in Hilinakhe Village is sufficient to help the community in meeting the community's daily economic needs. With the existence of catfish farming MSMEs, the community can know how to market the catfish livestock they have developed. Apart from that, nutritious catfish makes it attractive for other people to consume. Catfish food, which is easy to obtain, does not make it difficult for people to find food. Catfish farming that does not damage the environment creates an environment that is clean from potential air pollution.
