Analisa Manajemen Proyek Dari Bisnis Manisan Kulit Jeruk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis manajemen proyek dari bisnis manisan kulit jeruk. Proyek ini menganalisis Project Integration, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, dan Project Stakeholder untuk melihat proses berjalannya proyek yang dikerjakan dari berbagai aspek agar berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan para stakeholder. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan proses analisis Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dimana menganalisis secara sistematis dan searah melalui diskusi kelompok. Untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi. Dengan menganalisis sepuluh elemen manajemen proyek di bisnis manisan kulit jeruk ini penulis berharap bisnis ini dapat bertahan dan bersaing di pasar dalam waktu yang lama, mendapatkan keuntungan yang stabil, dan dapat menciptakan produk dengan kualitas baik serta sehat untuk para konsumen.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the project management analysis of the candied orange peel business. This project analyzes Project Integration, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Stakeholders to see the progress of projects undertaken from various aspects in order to run well and according to the expectations of stakeholders. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive methodology by using an analysis process of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which analyzes systematically and one way through group discussions. For data collection is done by observation techniques. By analyzing the ten elements of project management in the candied orange peel business, the authors hope that this business can survive and compete in the market for a long time, earn stable profits, and be able to create good quality and healthy products for consumers.
