Abstract
Work From Home is a concept of flexible work that has long been applied and continues to develop along with the development of technology. It has begun to be widely recognized by the Indonesian public since the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. This study aims to determine the advantages and limitations of implementing Work From Home in Indonesia. A total of 6 selected informants were interviewed to find out their experiences while Work From Home. The results showed that during Work From Home, employees are more able to balance their work and personal lives. However, employee job satisfaction continues to decline when compared to working in the office. These findings also indicate that there is a mismatch in the application of Work From Home work for employees in Indonesia. This research suggests that in the future a company or organization can prepare more thoroughly if it is to implement Work From Home work arrangements for its employees
