Analisis Pengaruh Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Job Characteristic, Job Environment & Organizational Commitment Terhadap Employee Engagement Dengan Motivation Sebagai Mediasi Pada Hotel Berbintang Empat di Kota Batam

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan pada hotel berbintang empat di kota Batam. Faktor yang akan dilakukan untuk pembahasan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, karakteristik kerja, lingkungan kerja, organisasi komitmen dengan variabel motivasi sebagai mediasi. Objek penelitian ditujukan pada hotel berbintang empat di kota Batam. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada hotel berbintang empat di kota Batam dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 360 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan akan diolah dengan melalui aplikasi Smart PLS.
Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi. Kepuasan kerja, karakteristik kerja, lingkungan kerja dan organisasi komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Hubungan variabel budaya organisasi melalui motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Hubungan variabel kepuasan kerja, karakteristik kerja, lingkungan kerja dan organisasi komitmen melalui motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan.
