Abstract
This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence of knowledge on the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University, Makassar; (2) To analyze the effect of skills on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (3) To analyze the influence of attitudes on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (4) To analyze the effect of experience on the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University This research is descriptive, data collection through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study was all Administrative Personnel of the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University as many as 30 people with saturated samples. Data is taken through Likert scale measurements with a calculated weight of scores 1 to 5. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis through multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that (1) knowledge had a simultaneous and partial effect on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University, (2) skills affected the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University. (3) influential attitude towards the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (4) experience affects the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University. This emphasizes that the better the competence will have implications for improving employee performance
