Strategi Penguatan Partisipasi Perempuan dan Pemberdayaan Berbasis Gender Equality Dan Social Inclusion (GESI) Pada Komunitas Nelayan Pesisir Kabupaten Takalar

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun strategi penguatan partisipasi perempuan dan pemberdayaan berbasis gender equality dan social inclusion (GESI). Data dikumpulkan dari komunitas petani rumput laut dan nelayan di Kabupaten Takalar. Data dikumpulkan melalui melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 15 orang narasumber yang berasal dari komunitas nelayan dan petani rumput laut, pemerintah desa, dan dinas kelautan dan perikanan. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan analisis SWOT dan penyajian secara kualitatif untuk memberikan gagasan strategi penguatan partisipasi dan pemberdayaan berbasis GESI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peluang peningkatan gender equality dan social inclusion melalui program pelatihan teknik budidaya, keterampilan keuangan, akses bantuan modal, pemanfaatan teknologi, dukungan jaringan sosial, pemasaran, advokasi dan perlindungan hukum.
