Strategic Management in the Digital Age: Challenges and Opportunities for Organizations

Abstrak
Di era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lanskap bisnis secara signifikan. Organisasi di berbagai sektor harus beradaptasi dengan cepat untuk menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh era digital. Manajemen strategis menjadi sangat penting dalam konteks ini, karena organisasi perlu memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi. Hambatan yang sering terjadi pada setiap organisasi yakni tidak cepat beradaptasi dengan perubahan global yang sangat cepat, salah satunya beradaptasi dengan teknologi yang semakin canggih dan memerlukan SDM yang terampil. Untuk itu manajemen strategis menjadi semakin penting bagi organisasi untuk menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang muncul. Tujuan analisis ini untuk mengetahui tantangan utama yang dihadapi organisasi dalam mengelola strategi di era digital, termasuk perubahan cepat dalam teknologi, persaingan global yang semakin ketat, dan ekspektasi konsumen yang terus berubah. Di sisi lain, era digital juga membawa peluang besar bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas pasar, dan mengembangkan inovasi yang berkelanjutan. selain itu, untuk mengetahui bagaimana transformasi organisasi di era digital saat ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil analisis menunjukkan melalui pemahaman mendalam tentang tantangan dan peluang ini, organisasi dapat mengembangkan rencana strategis yang relevan dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan mereka di era digital yang dinamis ini. Strategi yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap lingkungan digital menjadi kunci sukses bagi organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja.
